“I’ve just arranged my insurance renewal using your customer support agent ir2, who has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and met all my requirements. I was able to improve an an alternative quote from another insurer, and settle on a better excess figure, all within just a few minutes of live chat (which I’d never used before). Very impressed, and I’d recommend One Click on the basis of this service.”

“Provided a significantly reduced price when compared to competitors. However, their chat service is hugely oversubscribed and it can take a very long time to get to anyone. At the end of the day the wait was worth it for me but may not be for everyone”
