“I spoke to ML2 today to cancel my insurance policy. Wasn't looking for a another quote straight away but ML2 came back with a better quote which was set up with installments which helped with the high cost of living today! ML2 responded quickly and answered my questions.”

“Had a query on the insurance cover before buying. Chatted online with a great customer service agent (no bots here!). The Customer service person (codename EW9) was very helpful and responsive finding the answer to my quite specific question about driving abroad quickly and politely. nice work!”

“Kadie was online chat and reduced my premium substantially from renewal and also got me a quote for less than I had seen on the online comparison web pages. my 2nd time renewing with One Click. Whilst this did take some time to iron out and go back and forward was quick and easier for me than hanging on telephone. Well done Kadie”
