“I contacted OneClick to cancel a policy that I was paying for that I did not need as I already had a home insurance policy in olacd. The operator JA1 was exceptionally helpful and thankfully made the whole process run smoothly for me. Even sending me a link to upload information as the upload option on my end didn’t appear to be working. JA1 was very helpful, informative, efficient and professional at all times throughout the course of the chat. I would highly recommend JA1 for future conversations with OneClick chat to ensure all your insurance needs are met.”
