“I needed to make a couple of changes to my policy document. The chat line became available promptly at 09.00 and agent Ei1 handled my request politely and efficiently. I'm a new client with this company and I was concerned at the lack of a phone number to contact it on (there is a 24/7 number for claims though, thank goodness!), however, this was a painless experience and agent Ei1 made it so.”
