“I had to change vehicle on the existing insurance policy, but wasn't happy with the initial price offered and found a cheaper quote elsewhere. I contacted OneClick through their chat service and spoke with 'JL4' who was very helpful and managed to significantly improve upon the quote I'd had elsewhere, as well as amend the direct debit to ensure I didn't have to pay a lump sum. Have always been happy with OneClick, and have stayed loyal to them for the past 3 years, so I was happy I didn't have to move. Would highly recommend as an insurance company.”
