“JF2 handled my renewal efficiently, getting the premium down to a more realistic level. Very happy with his service. However... Can't get away from the fact that I detest "chats" on the laptop. The whole process, including waiting in a queue, took over an hour. It's a pity insurers, generally, make customers go through the same annual palaver to reduce the original quoted renewal premium. In my case, a reduction of over £73!”
