“No issues at all with customer service assistant Charlie (CH5) via chat, who was helpful, efficient, wrote in good English and sorted me a cheaper car policy than I had with them last year. Disgruntled, though, that I had to contact the company via chat to try to rescind the autorenewal - pretty sure that I asked for this last year, and I didn't want the hassle of doing this. Would rather talk over the phone for issues like this!”

“Spoke with JA1 on live chat. Chasing my documents for my new policy. JA1 was very efficient and really helpful and friendly. A link was emailed over to me with a few minutes and I as viewing my documents within in minutes.”
