Llana was very helpful and sorted my issues. Only thing I would of liked was a slightly quicker response time in between messages as wasn't sure if the chat had broke off

ps1 was very helpful with making my renewal payment as for some reason i couldnt verify my identity soon got it sorted on chat shame you cant actually talk to a member of staff!

I have dealt with One Click since getting my 'classic' car. Price has been very reasonable and I recently went through the renewal process. Whilst the initial renewal price was a bit higher than others on price comparison sites, I spoke to an Agent via the chat function and it was quickly reassessed. I believe I was talking to a real person on the other end rather than a Bot which is much appreciated in this day and age. Paige was super helpful and the whole transaction was done and dusted in 5 mins. Assuming the renewal prices stay competitive in the future I cant see a reason I would leave. LG3 was helpful cancelling my insurance after a vehicle sale. Some of the service was good, some was lacking. They sent my car to their own repair shop after an accident and it didnt have good reviews and to be honest i wouldnt take my car there again as they missed things, i said it wasnt right, waited again and it still came back with things not right. I was fed up of the rubbish courtesy car i had after 3 or so months so just accepted it. Also, apart from a claim you can only get in touch with them via live chat when sometimes you just need to speak to some one. The live chat function is decent but the agents take a while to reply so obviously have lots of other customers they are talking to at the same time. Not sure if i would use again or not to be honest
