“AR6 got the job done after three others just passed me about. Cannot telephone them unless you want to claim. If the chat ends because you got distracted for a minute or two even though it can take them ten minutes to reply they end the chat and you cannot contact them again that day. If this is where we are today then god help our kids in the future. Insurance used to be so easy back in the day, now all we are is a cash cow to them.”
