“JT3 was great. I contacted the live chat in order to cancel my policy. JT3 was efficient and handled my request promptly. Unfortunately when I tried to change vehicle on the portal the quote was unavailable with the current insurer and the new quote was £1000 when I had previously paid £400!! I was going from a Nissan XTrail to a Toyota RAV4 so I was most surprised that a change of vehicle was not available. It meant that I had to cancel the insurance in order to find a new provider. The cancellation fee was £123!!”
