“I was querying my house insurance renewal quotation and spoke to your colleague MB1. Once a few questions were asked and answered MB1 was able to reduce the renewal quotation very quickly. MB1 was very helpful and as the renewal payment had already been taken MB1 arranged for the refund to my credit card with the minimum of fuss. A pleasant experience. Question Why did I have to use this route to get a cost competitive quote?”

“KT7 - Kadie was very efficient. I initially said I wouldn’t be renewing as the increase on last year was too much & I had found an alternative quote. She offered me a price similar to my other quote & also reduced the excess. Fab service thank you 😊”
