“SM2 was very helpful today and I recommend her highly. However the whole process took about 2 hours with wait time and the misleading info on the portal that I could make changes there but was not able to. It would be good if this could be looked at as it was frustrating and took hours of my time. However back to SM2 none of this was her fault and she did everything I needed and gave me all the extra info I asked for. Including when to try when it might be less busy.”

“Charlie H was my agent today in the Chat. Absolutely brilliant: clear and concise and answered all of my questions fully and swiftly. It's rare to come off any kind of phone/chat with a call centre kinda place and not be exasperated, but today was a pleasure. I'd highly recommend.”

“Having received my documents I noticed that there was something incorrect. As my policy had not started I contacted One Protect. They updated my policy ready for its start date at no cost. Dealt with SM2 (Sarah). Who was really helpful. Fantastic service.”
