“The webchat function was concise in gathering information which saved you having to go backwards and forwards getting information across, it also quickly connected me with an agent, who was able to assist with my query. Charlie made the renewal process easy, was clear and helpful, able to answer any questions I had, and used all the information provided at the start of the webchat form effectively.”

“Only needed to contact the company once and that was via online chat. There was a bit of a wait for an agent but not longer than other online chat systems I've used. Once chatting with an agent all went just fine and my questions and policy changes were answered and actioned immediately, so I'm happy and would use One Click again.”

“Kadie ,, was very helpful , understood my predicament , and handled it with patience unlike BRIDIE ,,, who cut me off because I type slow and was trying to give a lengthy explaination ,,, She cut me dead. , NOW Kadie was a different bread ,, done what I asked , he was efficient , did not waste time , and gave me the result I needed . As my life style will totally change by the end of the month , so I wont be needing content cover any more ,, where I am going due to ill health. Thank Kadie , your a star ,, MAKE SURE YOU PASS THIS TO HIM < PLEASE .”
