“I had a live chat with Charlie who was very helpful. However, I find all the going round in circles trying to get an answer does not impress. One Click, One Call plus speaking to the Insurers themselves who after confirming my claim could not tell me how much the renewal would be so back to One Click and One Call. Too much time is wasted just trying to get a new renewal figure”
