“TJ2 was very helpful, but overall the company are hard to deal with. I had an issue with required documents but they kept writing saying they hadn't recieved them even though i had, Issue in the end was it was in a different name as I had got married they were about to charge me 140 for non proof of no claims but TJ2 realised what the problem was & sorted. so % stars for her but less for the company. would be better if they provided an email adress for issues.”

“It has taken me a month to get through to One click. I cancelled my insurance policy and they have charged me £171.32 to do this. I had to cancel my direct debit becuase I couldn't get hold of anyone. I think this is terrible business.”
