“SM5 Was absolutely amazing, she was kind,courteous and fully understanding of my situation. I was adamant that I was going to cancel my renewal as I had found a cheaper alternative. But SM5 came in below mine. I couldn’t believe it. She was outstanding. Saving me money that meant a lot to me. Thankyou SM5. You’re a 5 Star.”

“I have just changed my insurers to One Click. They offered the most competitive premium by far. I needed to contact customer services as I had an issue with uploading my No Claims Bonus proof. “My renewal price came through and as expected the price had increased, I contacted them on a live chat and spoke to CH5 (Charlie)and it only took a few minutes to get a better price which beat all the other insurance quotes I have had.”
