“I received my annual renewal advice for 2026/27 and was not too pleased about the huge increase in the premium. Using the online chat facility I was dealt with by username CH5. Despite best efforts the annual premium could not be brought down to meet the quotes received through the Topcashback site, which also offered a £45 cashback incentive along with the lower quotes. I'm sorry to leave oneclickdirect because the customer service has been fine and the past prices were competitive, but in the cut-throat world of insurance I have to defend my pennies!”
