“I have just taken car insurance out with "One Protect" and did not realise it may take up to 24 hours wait for the insurance to be validated I thankfully got through to an agent called Ellie or EB3 who was absolutely wonderful and very reassuring and managed to save the day along with her fellow colleagues as she has somehow managed to push it through to get it completed so that I able to use my car thankfully knowing it is fully insured and protected.
