Today, I had a query resolved regarding uploading my policy No Claim Discount proof from a previous provider, which I was having difficulty uploading yesterday through the email link provided. This morning, I chose to use the online support chat function via the One Protect Portal (One Call Insurance) instead.
I spoke to a very helpful agent named Emily (Agent User EE3). Emily informed me that there is currently an issue with the upload portal, which is being looked into. She assured me that she would advise the IT Team of my comments and feedback, suggesting the addition of an indication pop-up on the website when a function is temporarily down due to technical issues. Emily apologized for the inconvenience caused, and I was able to send the document directly to her via the online chat platform. Consequently, my policy was brought up to date.
Additionally, Emily assisted me with a policy upgrade during our conversation, which I greatly appreciate. My issue was resolved promptly and professionally. A lot can be said about a company by their staff, and based on my experience, I am happy I made the choice to switch to One Protect Motor Insurance and therefore I have also taken the time to write this review.”
