Ellie Ei1 dealt with this enquiry and was very helpful. She demonstrated in depth knowledge of the comparison site quotes process and waited patiently whilst I went off and tried numerous measures to add modifications and update the quote. I had an issue with the online chat keeping on trying to time me out, which wasn't helpful, but obviously that was a systems issue. Ellie Ei1 herself was most helpful.”
