“Didn’t fit was too short in the body , cups provided little support🤷‍♀️ paid a total Of £7.90 just to try it on ! Had to return , lesson learned won’t order on line again”

“I like the range of styles available at Panache and the ordering/delivery was really prompt and easy. It's a shame there's a charge for returning because it is so hard to get the correct fit/size for bras without trying them on. It has definitely discouraged me from buying more from Panache. I will be using a company with free returns instead.”

“i love the lingerie because being a larger size cup FF it is difficult for me to find a bra that gives me the support i require whilst also being very feminine and comfortable. Lots of choice of styles and colours absolutely superb and highly recommended.”

“I received an email, with tracking details, informing that my item had been dispatched and my bank account showed the payment had been deducted on 2nd June. I then received another email informing me that the item I had ordered was out of stock and I should expect to wait up until 16th June before I receive a refund. It's now the 12th, still nothing. Disappointed that refunds are immediate for orders that the company cannot fulfil.”

“I was charged for delivery, the bikini did not fit, I paid royal mail to return and then Panache charged me again for the return and I had to pay again for delivery of the replacement. Not happy.”

“I absolutely love the Cleo Asher bra and have worn both colours on repeat for many years. Gives a great lifted, rounded and forward-facing shape. Very very disappointed to see that this has now been discontinued by Panache”
