“Love P&Co, some of my favorite gear is from here (I refuse to buy t-shirt from anywhere else). However I was disappointed with this hat, the brim is HELLA flimsy, unlike any brim I’ve felt before. The hat basically has no structure. I would return it but it costs more to return it than it costed to buy. Hopefully someone finds it at goodwill and loves it”

Hey,   Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. We sincerely apologise that your order was not as expected. We do our best to outline fit, material and additional details for each of our products within the product description. For example, some of our caps now come with a more shallow fit and a soft brim, which has been added for additional comfort. This is something we do mention within the fit description on the product page. We would recommend reaching out to our customer service team with these issues, along with images you can provide, so that they can be passed on to our production team for further review. Regarding the cost of return. Sadly, we are not in a position to offer free returns. We offer a return label for $28, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. Customers returning from the US with alternative couriers were being charged anywhere between $80-$200, which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on some fees. The difference in price for our UK and EU customers in comparison to our US customers is due to distance. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our products and services. “I recently bought a t-shirt and a cap from P&Co. The t-shirt was good—true to size, comfortable, and felt in line with the brand’s usual quality. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the snakebite 5 panel hat. The cap feels pretty cheaply made, especially for the £35 price point. The material is thin, some of the stitching is already coming loose, and the badge on the front is bulky and clunky. It looks and feels like an iron-on patch, which leaves an odd shape on the front panel of the hat. Overall, it just doesn’t match the usual standard I’ve come to expect from P&Co. Disappointed with this one.”

“In terms of clothing, the shirts have a great fit. I struggle to find shirts that fit as I’m a square, but the large size you offer fits perfectly and exactly the style I want in a shirt. The material also is spot on, no shrinking after multiple washes so it holds its original fit/shape well”

“Everything I get from here is always great quality and returns are dead easy. I am always so happy to give them my business. The T-shirts are super soft, super comfortable and washes very well, nothing piles either. No complaints.”
