“Very good quality tea. Even it’s a bit dear to me and I’m the only consumer in the household, so I wouldn’t be able to order the amount to have free shipping. I still can’t stand to place order just to have some of my favorite tea that I can’t get anywhere else. Very happy that I discovered P & T! Although I tried to invite ppl to order with me, there are still more coffee lover than tea lover in the western world. Thank you for selling some teas that are really popular in Asia but not here, this just makes me appreciate you more. Wish you all the best! Merry Christmas and happy 2023! ：）”

“I love every steps of exploring and buying tea from here. Since I often buy tea here on and off stores, two things came up on my mind. First one, it would be great if pick up choice is included in delivery types. Secondly, I have few tea cases for the same tea. I can buy just a pouch tea. But I thought maybe it would be great if I can buy only tea leaves if I bring my tea cases of P&T. For example, if i have the emily tea case already, I bring the case to the shop and refill the emily tea in the case with refill price. I think it will be good for environment as well:)”

“Always happy to order from P&T shipping is fast and everything comes packed nicely. Just FYI it was in international delivery. And some times they even add small surprise gestures like tea or chocolate samples. When you buy teas from them you know they are properly tested and best quality. I will definitely order again or buy in-store. Also, their customer service is extremely fast to respond usually less than a day.”
