“Very prompt and helpful. Ordered one day and arrived in under 48 hours. The staff are very knowledgeable on our Volvo Penta engine and quickly identify parts. Good prices too.”

“I miss manual/specification for some parts on the webbsite (pdf), but not all, and when u make a choise, i want only the picture of that specific objekt, so i can see it visual. Otherwise i have only good to things to say about P4E, good prices, everything i need for the engine and fast delivery etc”

So, we do have manuals and PDF's for some parts and engines on our system but we usually send these via email on request. So, if you ever need anything like that please drop me an email support@parts4engines.com and I can send anything across that we have. I also have access to the warehouse so if you feel like you ever need more photos than offered on the website email me and I can go take some extra for you :) - Gemma

“The parts I need for my boat at reasonable prices and usually on shelf. Unfortunately in UK. The taxes and clearance cost added the pricing is no longer competitive and neither is delivery time. I ordered parts 22.5. and they are still on their way as of writing this 4.6. Nowadays I have to admit, that I try very hard to find the parts I need from continent before looking up parts4engines, which used to be my go-to-first-shop. It's just for added inconvenience, delay and cost.”

Hi There, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us some feedback. I completely understand the frustration with the increased cost when importing goods from the UK, since Brexit the prices have increased in some aspects significantly. In terms of shipping delays we usually aim for next day dispatch but sometimes they are delays in customs if they require extra information or fees need to be paid etc, this isn't always the case but that does explain the delays. As a business we do have future plans to try and bring these costs down but this may take some time. Thank you for choosing us as your go-to in the past and hopefully we can make our way back into that spot soon :)- Gemma

“Why use UPS as a transport company? Order the parts 21/5/24and 4/6/24 still not recived them.”

Good Afternoon, I have looked into this for you and I can see that the package was delivered on the 12th of June at 4:37PM, signed for by yourself. The reason for the delay was because UPS did not receive payment for import fees from you. So, as a result they were unable to release the package. However, this is the information I gathered from UPS if this is incorrect please let me know ! Kind Regards, Gemma
