Hi There Sir, I have dealt with your case from your first initial email. Firstly, thank you for reaching out to us and giving us the feedback, good and bad helps us improve. I escalated this to our director and he went into our warehouse and grabbed all the seals we had for a quality inspection. He was in agreeance with you that the seals were not up to scratch and we are currently looking for a better quality seal from a different supplier. I trust that his offer of a compensation was okay and we will ensure this doesn't occur again the future. Thank you for you previous returning business with us and we apologise this time we didn't live up to our usual standards. - Gemma

“Volvo Penta 2003T Fuel Lift Pump Earlier 'Unsealed' 1 item come soon, good 2 Why Parts4Engines uses DNP home delivery, it costs, post could be good 3 in Finland we must pay VAT , it is added to price 4 In Finland we must do customs clearance because item comes ouside of EU 5 Fuel Lift Pump works when installed to motor But we could not make the hand pumping work with this Fuel Lift Pump ??”

Good Afternoon, I have looked into this delay for you and I can see that it was delayed in customs as there seemed to be some information missing. UPS initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance. This information was provided by myself to UPS and it now has a scheduled delivery date of the 12th of June between 9:15- 13:15, # 1Z2V7Y256837501837 If you do not receive the package on the 12th please contact me via support@parts4engines.com and I will be happy to assist.
