“This company managed to send me an entire valve grind gasket set (all the way from England) for the same $83 Bobcat here in the states wanted for just the valve cover gasket ! Outstanding!”

I understand the frustration with freight costs being too high, please note that we make no profit from this and it is a direct quote from the couriers. Importing goods from the UK can be a costly process and we are currently working on ways we can help reduce this cost for our overseas customers, as we value you just as much as our UK customers. - Gemma

Hi There, We would like to inform you that we charge a delivery fee on behalf of the couriers. When exporting goods from the UK to Spain , UK VAT is not applicable. However, Spanish VAT still applies. Given that we ship globally and each country has its own import and export laws and VAT regulations, we do not advertise specific VAT rates. As a UK-based company, it is challenging to be aware of the VAT rates for every country, as these are set by each respective government. For shipments from the UK to EU countries, VAT will always be charged according to the rate set by the destination country. During the checkout process, we suggest choosing FedEx as your courier for EU destinations. FedEx includes Pre-Paid VAT in their shipping prices, ensuring that no additional fees are incurred at French customs. In contrast, couriers like UPS and DHL do not include Pre-Paid VAT and may charge an administrative/service fee for collecting the VAT, which will be added to the overall cost. We have advice on the website during checkout about the Pre-paid VAT options and there is also information on shipping and import charges in the shipping section of our website. “I have used Parts4Engines a number of times now and have been very satisfied with the service. I am based in Ireland and the products have always arrived within a couple of days. Also using the FedEx delivery option I was able to pay the import duties required when shipping fro the UK to Ireland.”
