Unfortunately due to our walls internally being full of straw , we could not fit safely as cupboard was extremely heavy. I contacted customer service in Castleford , spoke to Louise who was so helpful and professional and we arranged to return. My husband took it back and the 2 gentlemen at the depot were , really friendly and helpful. We were re issued a full credit within 3 days , cannot fault in anyway . I have bought bathroom accessories too and very good quality, happy with them .”
