“Service was excellent, and good communication and updates by email, I ordered my bathroom cabinet a ROWAN LED MIRROR with shaver socket and demister on 3rd Sept 2021, I had received an email confirming my order, and on the 6th Sept 2021 another email with confirmation of dispatch of my order, on 7th Sept 2021 my bathroom cabinet arrived safely. The bathroom cabinet arrived well packaged, it was in its own box which was strong and sturdy, and had plenty of protection inside, then it was in another strong box for transport, all packaging was substantial to protect the enclosed cabinet, the outer box had been slightly damaged in transit, but the enclosed item was unharmed, due to the excellent packaging. All in all excellent service through out. The bathroom cabinet is lovely, and does everything I need it to, it is the finishing touch and will look really nice in my new refurbished bathroom, that has had a makeover after 40years. (One slight observation WHICH ONLY APPLIES TO MY BATHROOM PLAN is that the aluminium cabinet is not silver in colour or mirrored, and if not facing you head on as you enter into the room you can see the side edge, which is not very attractive I was not aware of that when I had planned my bathroom and it was too late to change the lay out for my bathroom, my previous cabinet had been white with just normal mirrored doors.) I am very happy with the bathroom cabinet and I am looking forward to enjoying my new bathroom, which now has a shower and is almost complete. I will be ordering from Pebble Grey again, as I have a second bathroom to refurbish as that is also 40years past it’s sell by date.
