“You asked for my opinion so here you go. The website is outstanding, the member of staff who I spoke to regarding a per order enquiry was very helpful and once ordered the delivery was speedy and well packed. My disappointment was with the mirror which looks good when installed but there were a couple of manufacturing faults which are just sloppy and lets down the very professional image of the brand. The heating pad stuck to the back of the mirror isn’t stuck on straight and the rear frame plastic edge which overlapped has been roughly trimmed back with a knife. Though these are minor defects and don’t show when hung I believe if a jobs worth doing it’s worth doing well.”
“A good quality product, arrived very swiftly, well packaged and undamaged. Easy to install. Only 4 stars because of the light output: the LEDs aren't mounted directly behind their windows, but off to one side and facing sideways, so half their light is trapped inside the box. Could be twice as bright if this was addressed!”
“Good sized mirror which was easily installed by our electrician. Light is excellent but a bit loud when you turn it on. No evident volume control for this. Speakers are a bit tinny but to be expected on a bathroom mirror. You have to keep your phone in the room to keep a good bluetooth signal otherwise it cuts out. Wish there was an exterior volume control as the acknowledgement bleeps are a bit loud. Demister works well but think there should be a time-out on this so that it is not accidentally left on. The button is hidden underneath so you have to check. Delivery was delayed twice by the courier but luckily we were not in a rush for it. Good mirror overall. Recommended.”
“This is the second item l have brought very Happy with mirror and price very unhappy with instructions how to fit as you have to line up holes drilled screws and raw plugs inaccurate had to buy different type where is a template? Not happy customer”

“I would have given 5 stars, but mirror was broken when delivered. I sent pictures to show damage to Pebble Grey returns centre and received a replacement within 48 hours. Mirror looks fabulous !! I would definitely recommend Pebble Grey”

“Product as described, although the lighting might not be as bright in the real world. The screws on the side are small and fiddly (not the fault of Pebble Grey though. Easy to install. The packaging could have protected the crown jewels.”
“Nice product (Lara mirror) very well packaged, in one piece even though the outer box had been bashed around a bit by the courier (despite it being labelled fragile). Only downside was their 0% interest 3 online installment option failed twice and I ended up paying full price on the day, which is slightly annoying.”
