“Excellent, speedy delivery. 4 stars as both the outer & inner boxes were punctured but the internal packaging saved the item from damage. Obviously not Pebblegreys fault so would have been a 5 star.”
“Mirror looks great and arrived with excellent packaging with metal to protect corners. BUT the electrician fitted it on the wall and the metal trim along the top edge of the tiles, meant it won't work so we couldn't turn it on. Fitted electric tape along the trim and it worked. Then turned the mirror around to landscape and the architrave around the door stopped it working. Moved it above the washbasin with nothing near the sensor and we are very happy. It does say "nothing within 150mm" but we didn't think a narrow strip would prevent it, so beware. Would be helpful if this measurement information was on the website.”

“I ordered a L E D bathroom mirror online. I paid £10 extra for a pre 9am next day delivery. DPD didn't deliver until 1600. This was not Pebble Greys fault DPD had the parcel at 100pm the night before. The lady at Pebble Grey customer services was wonderful to deal with and my £10 was credited immediately. The mirror is great and at a great price.”
“Order process good and delivery prompt. Product looks good. Only niggle is that the lighting strip circling the mirror has a join which is visible as it is at the side. It would be better placed at either the top or bottom of the mirror to avoid being seen. Pleased with the new addition to my bathroom.”

“Lovely cabinet, looks well made, all aluminium and mirrors, Mirrors are inside and out all round, LED lighting through both sides of door nice. I was a bit concerned cause it weighs in at 13kg and my walls are pretty hollow for the most part but luckily three of the screws went into studs behind the plasterboard. I only have one reason I didn't give 5 stars... that's that my oral b toothbrush charger doesn't plug into the shaver socket. Doesn't appear to be a Euro socket. I'm now having to find a rewireable plug to fit the socket. The charger fits fine in my wall mount shaver socket but not the cabinet”

“Bathroom wall cabinet came wonderfully packaged and protected - 5 Star rating for that. Installation instructions are clear BUT...if you follow them you'll find the in-cabinet screw does not line-up with the measurements given. Also, the hanging brackets need some adjustment to properly locate when hanging the cabinet. So, in summary, super cabinet, well packaged but would suggest after fitting wall brackets, trial hang, mark position of lower 'in cabinet' wall screw, remove and then drill/plug this hole before final fit. Would still recommend and will most probably buy again when we re-fit our family bathroom”
“Everything with the product I bought is great (illuminated mirror) but unfortunately it didn’t arrive until 2 days after the notified date, which was a shame, and I needed to contact Pebble Grey asking what had happened to it. However their Customers Service Fept was excellent and they replied straight away and told me he date the mirror would be here. So thanks!”
“The company is amazing, and I absolutely love the mirror. However, we encountered several issues trying to get it delivered in one piece. After two failed attempts, they switches delivery providers and finally got the mirror without damage. Despite the delivery challenges, the company was fantastic about sending replacements and were extremely apologetic about the situation. Now, the mirror is up and looks amazing.”
