I slightly damaged my cabinet upon fitting and phoned customer services admitting to them I was at fault and asked if I could purchase a replacement part to be told by the assistant no and that was it she just ended the call no help whatsoever so I just have to live with the cabinet not very good after service

Purchased a led bathroom cabinet mirror, I made a mistake and ordered a recessed instead of normal one, I was just out of the two weeks return policy ( which is a very short time) asked Louisa for a refund or to change the cabinet, she wouldn’t budge on the company’s policy, I am very disappointed with their attitude, and would not recommend or use them again. I would love to leave a review of the mirror but despite waiting in the last two days (all day, both days) the mirror hasn’t arrived - so the courier service they use definitely gets a thumbs down and I wouldn’t purchase from them in future. Emailed again on Thursday to say delivery would be between 12.40-14.40, and finally arrived at 16.15 …doesn’t lead to customer satisfaction.

If there was 10 stars below the lowest one I would have clicked on it absolutely disgusting service from this company . This company take your money if the quality of the item is poor your return it like I did . The post office advised me to put name and address on the outer box I state outer box so it can’t get lost . Next of this pebble grey deducted 20% of my refund as said they cannot re sell which is absolute rubbish .The item is still in perfect condition even if poor quality in the intact inner box . Stay well away

I purchased a bathroom cabinet on 2 January for £285 and this was delivered last week. The price has been reduced to £221 and upon calling they have refused to honour the January Sale price! Despite being days since I purchased the item! In January!! They would like me to return the item at my own cost and then repurchase it! The worst customer service by any standard. First and last time I will be dealing with this company and would ask potential buyers to go somewhere reputable and buy from a company with integrity instead of these guys!!!

Don't buy total waste of money looks nice but the mirror is to Heavy for the brackets one screw each bracket there's only two brackets. When contacting customer service they wasn't helpfull at all when explaing it wasent fit for purpose and unsafe after being fitted by our bathroom fitter and still refused refund i will not be using this company at all in the future

On 2/11/22 I ordered the Atlanta LED bathroom cabinet which the website said was in stock, next day delivery. Having ordered I see it is due for delivery one month hence on 2/12/22. My bathroom fitters are coming on 22/11/22. Now I shall have to arrange for them to return at a later date. Never easy. Not helpful.

Despite trying get the product delivered, the delivery has been cancelled both time. Not directly pebble greys fault but it was the company who organised the delivery therefore the buck stops with them!

Absolutely diabolical.the delivery company they use are extremely bad and I wouldn't recommend anyone using them... they send out and all day window for delivery then later change it to two hours and don't turn up at all. I asked for my item to be delivered to my neighbour failed they put through a blank delivery note. I then spoke yo Support at Pebble and said of it doesn't arrive today then I don't want it. So amazingly she contacted them and cancelled it! Another wasted day..... she did say she would contact them and me but that was hours ago. Total shambles..

The first promised delivery of mirror cabinet went missing. No notification to me. Customer service then promised a replacement within 24 hours via Parcel Force : they failed to deliver :”insufficient address”. They don’t use mobile phones because against law ( what ti call to ascertain further details when parked up !!! Get real!). Three further days of calls to Pebble Grey and they eventually made contact with Parcelforce… delivery promised tomorrow… we will see

PB were unable to resolve my compliant about the non-delivery of an item, having waited in for 2 days with workmen on site to fit it. They did call Royal Mail but were ineffective in securing any explanation or resolution. The item still has not been delivered. Poor service from PB and Royal Mail. Despite PB's response below, this service fall far short of what was expected and delivery was delayed by 4 days causing further delays to the work I was having done to refurb my bathroom. Customer Services at PB did their best but Parcel Force are useless and PB, as their client, could do nothing to either get to the root of the issue or move things along. They need new couriers!

I bought the Atlanta bathroom unit with built in LED light. I’d only had it installed a month and I still don’t know how but the mirror has a scratch on it. The mirror is clearly made of very poor materials to scratch so easily, and I’d been so careful. I contacted Pebble Grey support who basically won’t do anything to help me. So I’m really disappointed and wish I’d gone elsewhere. My recommendation is to avoid Pebble Grey and try other options, you don’t want to have the disappointing experience I have.

Ordered on 9th March, and had email confirmation the cabinet would be delivered in 2-3 working days. Received call today on 15th March saying item would be 6-8 weeks delayed. They hadn't got the stock available when I ordered and now that they are available they do not have appropriate packaging. Very poor service - now I'm in a predicament because I have a bathroom fitter in for the next 2 weeks and no cabinet to wire in and install. Thanks very much PebbleGrey.co.uk!

Unhelpful attitude to a returning (but not any more) customer. Seems one is expected to download and fully read the installation instructions before buying.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I have had 4 broken mirrors, rejects are not making it back to Pebble Grey. Customer services have been awful to deal with. I am being told contradicting information, things not happening that have been promised; the insincere apologies and the complete lack of understanding about why I might be a little irritated when dealing with them. I have been told the mirrors are shipped to them in a large container, but they are far too busy to check an individual orders, despite an ongoing issue; and there is no way it could be damaged when leaving that it would absolutely be the courier braking them... a container full of mirrors sounds like it has potential to have damaged stock so a bit of a contradiction. Customer service stated there is no management within Pebble Grey who I could escalate a complaint to. There is a supervisor who is unavailable and absolutely no one higher within the company would tell me anything different... a sincere apology, someone to check a mirror before despatching and ensuring that the correct courier company used, liaise with the current company to get back rejected orders doesn't feel like a lot to me. There is a lack of understanding from Customer Service about communicating with disabled people and how peoples styles can differ instead I was shouted an apology which apparently should have been good enough, gaslighted and made to feel like a liar is apparently the best customer service you can expect. Like I said, if you value your time, money and blood pressure, do not order from here.

I am yet to open the package and the review is based on the delivery only. I was not home when delivery was first attempted - I requested a new delivery date online - the package was delivered a day early and left on the doorstep in the rain in full view of passers by fortunately it was not stolen. Hopefully, the cabinet is safe and sound when my plumber opens the package.
