Item was never delivered, had to request a refund in the end. Will avoid in future until they stop using DX as their delivery partner.

Great product, helpful staff but after trying 5 deliveries I gave up and had a refund. All had smashed cabinet mirrors! They really need to look into this.

I ordered the Marcel LED Illuminated Bathroom Mirror Cabinet from Pebble Grey after seeing the photos online clearly showing the cabinet sides as white. Even AI image tools confirm this appearance. However, the cabinet I received had dark sides, which looks completely different in my bathroom and is not as described on their website. When I contacted Pebble Grey, they refused my return twice under “item not as described” and told me to log it instead as “no longer needed” — which is misleading and incorrect. I didn’t change my mind; I simply didn’t get what was shown or advertised. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I should not have to pay return postage when a product is misrepresented, yet Pebble Grey insisted that I cover the cost myself. This is very disappointing for a company that promotes itself on quality and service. If you’re considering buying from Pebble Grey, be cautious: the photos may not accurately show the true colour or finish of the product, and customer service may not accept responsibility when that happens. I hope Pebble Grey improves both their product descriptions and how they handle legitimate complaints. Until then, I cannot recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Cabinet cost £500 but arrived in June with a chipped (starburst) mirror. I didn’t discover this until the cabinet had been fitted as the doors went on last and were kept in their foam wrapping until ready to fit. Requested a replacement. Was told a replacement would be sent once back in stock, due in July. Chased repeatedly and told it would come in Aug, Sept, Nov, Dec and now Feb. Clearly Pebble Grey has no interest in resolving faulty merchandise despite consumer law.

I recieved my mirror from Pebblgrey and at first site it looked very nice, it was a brass framed curved mirror 1 mtr wide. However when we put it in position on the wall there is a larger gap between the glass and the frame on the curves and it just doesn’t look good. I contacted their review team who sent me a link that didn’t work so I called customer services who said send it back to them at my cost, I explained it’s not as the picture why so why should I pay to which she said if I zoom right in on the picture online you can see a gap, the mirror is heavy and will cost a bit to send back, really underhanded reply, and by the way I zoomed in and my mirror has a bigger gap! Very disappointed

It has taken a very experienced electrician/builder four hours and one phone call to assemble it. The mechanism for adjusting it the cabinet was hidden by the door, which cannot be detached because there is a very flimsy wire running between the door and the cabinet. This also makes it very heavy to install since the door cannot be detached. Once up we realised several problems. The depth of the cabinet is so narrow that a standard electric toothbrush base won’t fit properly. I should have measured the depth but couldn’t imagine a bathroom cabinet too shallow to take a toothbrush charger. Consequently the door doesn’t shut. If you wish to move the shelves, this can’t be done without taking the door off. As it is supplied, the top shelf, just below the charger is too high for an electric toothbrush and charger. We didn’t realise this until it was assembled so now have the wire trailing from the top to the bottom shelf, which is tall enough for the toothbrush and holder. I should have realised, but there is no handle to open the door, and to operate the lights you have to tap on the glass, both of which will mean the glass needs constant cleaning. The door doesn’t open wide enough for the inside mirror to be usable if there is a washbasin in front of the unit, which I would assume is standard. Apparently if we need to change the lights we will have to separate the door again in order to be able to access the connection. Given we are two pensioners we’re not sure we’ll be able to do this. I should never have bought online, but find it hard to believe that you would sell something which was so difficult to assemble and which is really not functional as a bathroom cabinet. The response to our comments was simply to say the measurements are on the website and our comments would be passed on.

The fittings were missing from the mirror. Messaged customer services and I’m still waiting for a reply.

I was sent a welcome discount code for 10% after i had signed up for newsletters for the site. I ordered a bathroom mirror cabinet and used my code. upon checkout it had worked but when i came to register my item on their website i noticed on my invoice that i was charged the full price without the discount code. I emailed pebblegrey and got a reply back from Kelly Crosby and was told that they will not refund the difference as i had already received my item. I dont understand what difference that would make, i only received my cabinet less than 2 weeks ago and its still in the box unopened as we are having our loft done so it will be going into our new ensuite. I emailed again to question why and i was told the same again by the same person. Whats the point of sending out discount codes if they don't work and you don't honour them. Very bad and very rude customer service Kelly Crosby!

Terrible customer service, rude on the phone. False advertising, purposely made it difficult to return the product, which didn't look the same as the picture on the website. Won't buy from them again.

We ordered two bathroom mirror cabinets, however one of them was damaged, which unfortunately was only noticed after the 30 day period returns policy had elapsed. We have not been offered a replacement or a refund. The after sales response has been non-existent. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.
