“Ordering and delivery were great. Unfortunately when the plastic was removed from the mirror there were brown marks in several places which took a lot of effort to shift. Fortunately they have come off and the cabinet looks lovely.”

“Lovely cabinet, but had to disconnect the door having my wife holding onto it as still connected with electric cable, just so I could put the shelves in, as the plinth to hold the door hinge obstructed getting the shelves into place”
“Screws were short and their positioning very fiddly and time consuming for myself to put together and install on wall. The transformer inside makes a slight humming noise. However the mirror shaver socket and sensor worked and lit the LEDs as it should do and looks nice.”
“Cabinet ok but only downside was there is no rebate for provision of the electrical connection. As we were retro fitting the cable was already in place. Had to add packing washers at the rear to bring it off the wall to create space for the cable against the tiles.”

Called DX within a couple of mins would not sent the driver back I had the builder waiting for the mirror to finish my bathroom great I asked the next day driver and he admitted to me the item was not on the van DX lies lies shame Pebbles use them because I will not be buying from them until they change delivery company”
“After checking with customer service that product was exactly what was needed ordered and delivered efficiently with very good packing for a product containing glass. However disappointed that the 3 shelves described turned out to include the base of the cabinet and not 3 adjustable glass shelves. No extras available. Cabinet dimensions slightly smaller all round than the glass front of 500 x 700. Easy to fit and works well but overall disappointing.”
“Two of the corners were chipped. Polystyrene wrapping on the centres is all well and good but protection must go on the corners which are most vulnerable. I'm keeping the mirror. Only because I've bought chrome corners which are usually used for books etc.”
“Bought 2 of Leila mirrors ( 500 x 700 and 600 x 800).Delivery very prompt and now in place the mirrors look good and work well,the light is just right,bright but not too bright. However, these were quite difficult to fix and the website how-to video did not help.The mounting screws must be measured, levelled and fitted to the wall and the backing plate is then located on to 4 keyhole-type fixings mounted on the back of the plate.Quite tricky to get level and tight to the wall.No info about size of drill bit needed and with smaller mirror fixing measurements provided are wrong. The website clearly states that the600 x 800 can be mounted lansdcape or portrait, BUT if mounted portrait the shaver socket is on TOP of the mirror and virtually useless. Contacted Pebble grey and they were very helpful and offered a full refund Except I was wrongly told I would have to pay the return postage. We kept the mirrors and Pebblegrey have phoned and listened to my concerns.”
“Well packaged and quick delivery. Check you have 3 wire connection available as some products do not need an earth connection, this one does. The Globe mirror base is very flimsy and flexes a lot, not had that problem on previous mirrors. The 4 screws (2 on each side), can be difficult to reach in a tight environment (door frame or towel radiator close by, etc.) and need a 90 degree type screwdriver which many people wouldn't own. The hole alignment is very tight between the mirror back and the the mirror face and the screws are, in my view, not really suitable and the screw heads can easily be damaged. However the finished mirror, in situ, has a clean modern look and gives off a surprising amount of light. Just one other thing that is irritating, the mirror is advertised with a 10 year guarantee but in fact comes with a 1 year guarantee. You have to go online to get a 10 guarantee certificate and then print it out. Todate, I have never had a mirror that didn't fail within 3 years so if this makes the full 10 years, I will give it 5 stars.”
“Product arrived as described on time. After unpacking it ,I noticed that one of the wall fixing screws was missing and the remaining other one was bent. I used my own screws to fix it to the wall. The sheer weight of the mirror leaning away from the wall puts tremendous pressure on the fixings and feel that a supporting strut under the arms of the mirror is required”
“Unfortunately I had to return the cabinet as it was too heavy for my installation. Pebble Grey do not offer to cover the cost of the return shipping and due to the value I had to ensure it was returned by special delivery, costing me over £20. I think that the seller should cover costs of online returns. The Cabinet was high quality and I was very happy with it generally. Delivery was fast and it was well protected.”
“Hollis bathroom cabinet Very quick delivery. The tiny screws provided were not substantially big or strong enough to hold the weight of the cabinet, so we had to use larger screws. When fitting the cabinet the glass at the back cracked in 3 places. Care was taken to fit the cabinet with a builder and electrician. I have raised this issue with the company as this may be a manufacturer's issue.”
“The cabinet doesn't have any space behind it to allow for flush mounting against tile, unlike other models that ensure the fixtures accommodate the wire. However, it looks stylish and works well so I am happy overall and on reporting the issue to Pebble Grey, they quickly responded to let me know that their manufacturers will be looking into considering modifying the design in the future.
