“Product was mainly good. It was a mirror with demister pad. Unfortunately the pad hadn’t been applied straight which is a shame as it would be so easy to get right. Also, when I ordered it I Wasn’t made aware there was an additional 10% voucher code available which is a bit annoying as that would have saved me £13. But I like the mirror and the delivery service was really good.”
“Loverly mirror but came twisted in it’s frame so had to take it apart and refix it and also one of the hanging brackets on the back was not straight so had to carefully measure before fixing through tiles. But overall very happy with the look of the mirror.”
“Pebble Grey provide good quality products at a value for money price. I have purchased from them several times before. However, on this occasion they have been badly let down somewhere in the supply chain whether it be warehousing or haulier / delivery. My mirror arrived smashed which is hard to do considering the robust packaging. The office staff couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. I requested that I collect the replacement myself as I couldn't afford a repeat occurrence and this was facilitated without issue. The replacement is in one piece and works fine. Only 3 stars this time due to lack of control of haulier. May need extra robust packaging.”
“I bought the illuminated mirror to replace a similar fluorescent type. I was very pleased until I discovered that it didn’t switch on and off automatically as did its predecessor but was operated by a switch.”
“I bought a bathroom cabinet. It was dispatched promptly with good packaging. Royal mail annoyingly insist on someone being home and it was too heavy for 'leave at post office' option. Good price, nice cabinet - but the no-touch switch didn't work as I positioned it too close to the wall (no choice in small bathroom). My electrician has put in another and its great - but I didnt read this easily in the blurb on the website.”
