“Delivery faster than the speed of light! Packaging very good also. But whatever you do, don’t go by the instructions because the dimensions are very inaccurate and considering you’ll probably be fitting this mirror in your bathroom, you do not want to make mistakes drilling a newly tiled walls! Another comment would be that the sensor for the light must be a minimum of 150mm away from any object, and considering it will probably be fitted above a sink, where taps will be, I had to fit the mirror at a 45 degree angle for it to work which makes the fitting complicated as no paper template was supplied which would be sensible. Wiring is another issue as this has to be done outside the IP rated mirror, which again complicates this installation, where some mirrors can be wired internally making the mirror safer as bathrooms are naturally damp places. This could also increase the electricians labour price making this cheap mirror an expensive installation in the end. So before buying realise that a more expensive (well designed) mirror could work out cheaper in the long run. Re your reply: As you should be aware, the installation guide on your website is also incorrect by a long way. I read all the information on your website before purchasing which I strongly suggest you also should do! Also it wasn't a 5* review it was 4*, so with respect you didn't read my review correctly either.”

“Unfortunately the product was delivered with damage to the front door. This would have been obvious to anyone packing the item. Replaced in 3 days so 5 stars for that BUT second product also had a mark on the door seal. Again a mark which would have been obvious during packing at the manufacturer. I understand that this is the makers and not pebble grey. However I agreed to accept a discount on the price hence the 4th star.”

“Good product. Ordered on Friday and expected Sat delivery. It came on Monday. Website not clear about weekend delivery. It says 'Free next day delivery. Also mirror had an annoying sticky label when removed it marks the mirror with the sticky resin. I am sure I can clean it. Overall no issues with the product. Wish there was a template to ease the installation.”

“Lovely quality but wall fixings need improvement. The bluetooth connects every time. My main gripe is the anti condensation heater is only a small centre part of the mirror. Totally useless for my wife as she isn’t tall enough!!!!!”
“Quick delivery, however, a bit disappointed as the mirror buzzes. I’m a light sleeper and this is in our ensuite. I can hear it buzzing all night. This replaced a led mirror which had all the same components and didn’t buzz!!! Obviously it’s fitted now so can’t send it back plus I don’t want to pay an electrician again. Not a happy bunny. Had high hopes.”
