“Good delivery and product OK Lights are a little dazzling with poor room lighting. Shelves very difficult to fit - door gets in the way - no instructions to hold it half open. Mounts good but very close tolerance. Extra hole in back excellent to secure against unhooking but again, not mentioned in instructions.”

“This is the first time I have used Pebble Grey and it was on the recommendation of a friend. I have found the whole experience very easy. I bought my items online so didn't speak to any member of the Pebble Grey team but delivery was quick and the items are good quality and exactly what i wanted. The items were very well packaged and protected which was very reassuring. The only thing I would like clarity on is whether I need to keep the original packaging, which is fairly large(!) if anything goes wrong and I need to use the guarantee. “I am writing this having received the package but not having yet installed the mirror (I need to arrange the new electrical supply & prepare the wall). However I can say that I was very impressed with the promptness of the delivery - the day after the order was placed, as promised, albeit with no great thanks to Parcelforce. I was also very impressed with the quality of the packaging which, while not excessive, was evidently designed to ensure that the mirror arrived in first rate condition (which it did). The mirror itself seems very well constructed of good quality materials. All the control boxes, framing, etc, on the reverse of the mirror are neat and well finished. Provided that the lights & demister pad work as promised (it might be another week before I can check this - and longer term their reliability) we will have a stylish and practical addition to our bathroom. If it works then we will certainly look to get a similar mirror when we put a vanity basin in our bedroom (unfortunately not enough space for a whole en-suite!) I note that the instruction leaflet would benefit from some further dimensions (particularly the distance from the top of the mirror to the fixing positions, to allow the wall to be marked out without having to fully unpack the mirror to measure this); also some guidance on how to best route the connecting flex relative to the transformer/control box on the back and the (potential heat from) the LED light arrays)”
“Ordered the Mirror from your website, easy to use. Website said next day delivery and I had an email/txt to give me a 2hrs slot....dx express was the firm. It didn't arrived, then I got a msg thanking me for changing delivery day...which I DIDN'T! I phoned customer service who was VERY helpful....She chased up delivery firm who checked my address. As the delivery firm had my number I was surprised they didn't get in touch because I'm sure they couldn't find my house and just kicked the delivery til later. On the day the Mirror was supposed to arrive (the 2nd time, 4 days later inc Weekend) Customer services emailed me and said to get in touch if didn't arrive. It did but I got in touch to let them know anyway. I would have given 5 stars, which I very rarely do, apart from delivery. The Mirror is very well packed and the Ensuite fitters are due soon so will leave Mirror wrapped to keep safe.”
“Fabulous product delivered speedily. Purchased a recessed cabinet ahead of the builders arriving, but unfortunately it was too big for the project. By the time we were made aware, the 14-day return window had passed so we were unable to return it. Purchased a replacement product, which is also great, but we’re now stuck with a perfectly good ‘fresh-out-the-box’ cabinet. An expensive lesson!”
“Delivery was on point. The mirror is lovely but it is best placed in a position where the sides are sort of obscured from main view would be better. When I open my bathroom door the huge grey-coloured metal backing is in your face obvious. Also, the socket for the shaver is on the side externally located high up. This means I have to charge my toothbrush on top of the unit. The unit is big and tall.”
“Good quality cabinet although there was a small chip at the edge of the mirror. Due to time constraints the cabinet was fitted. I did not contact the company or inform them of the damage. The problem as with all aspects of buying on line is the couriers!!”
