“Good quality cabinet although there was a small chip at the edge of the mirror. Due to time constraints the cabinet was fitted. I did not contact the company or inform them of the damage. The problem as with all aspects of buying on line is the couriers!!”
“Ordered quick and easy from pebble grey. However, the mirror was not delivered and contacted customer services. Quick and helpful in searching for the missing item and contact the courier company. The items was lost in transit by the courier company and was told to contact pebblegrey. Contacted pebble grey and they reordered and sent out the mirror again. Mirror looks and works well. Great product.”

“easy order, very well packaged and quick delivery. my only complaint is that someone need to look at the shelf positions now as you can't really put a toothbrush on charge in the cabinet unless u only have 1 shelf and the hole for the shelf brackets could be a little more snug”

“The product I ordered is great (illuminated bathroom mirror). Unfortunately I thought I was ordering the battery operated one and it wasn’t until the bathroom fitter had put the mirror on the wall that I realised my mistake by which time it was too late to return the mirror! I don’t have an electricity supply to the wall so I now have an illuminating mirror that I can’t illuminate! Having said all that the mirror is excellent quality and I would recommend it to anyone. Just make sure you order the right one!!”
“One of the two mirrors ordered was damaged on delivery due to poor packaging and possibly through lack of care by delivery company. Pebble Grey were very good in replacing the mirror quickly and their customer service was excellent. They shouldn't use DX Express as a delivery company as they were terrible. Arrived two days later than stated and left outside in the rain even though they said it wouldn't be left if no one was in to take delivery and no response from them when tried to contact.”
“Lovely product. Have now bought a cabinet and 3 mirrors. Ordered something incorrectly and had to return. Process of sending something back was straight forward but had to pay the postage which was a lot.”

“Mirror arrived and has really finished off our bathroom. Dispatched in a timely manner and what I do like is that around the inside edge of the mirror at the back is sealed to prevent any moisture affecting the frame or the mirror itself at its edge. I’ve dropped to 4 stars not 5 as the delivery driver left the mirror at our back door as I wasn’t in when it arrived, which considering the price paid for the mirror I thought they would have taken more care as anyone could have taken it. Disappointing for that company. Make sure you are going to be home when ordering.”
“Lovely looking mirror but faulty .Would give 5 stars but on installation the led lights are not working but customer services very prompt with help and are sending out new mirror so hopefully when mirror arrives that will be working perfectly .”
