“The mirror arrived promptly and I'm pleased with it. There were 2 models of the particular mirror I wanted. One with a shaver socket, one without. I wanted the one with but I mistook a special discount that was mentioned for the lower price which was in fact because that one, the one I actually ordered didn't have the shaver socket. Anyway, I like the one I got.”
“Everything arrived intact and on the designated time. Delighted with the product. In my humble opinion I feel that the fitting instructions could have been more clear and concise. Maybe I'm being a bit critical in this regard.”
“I am a bathroom fitter and fitted a pebble mirror in my own bathroom about 10 years ago which has shave point, demister pads and lights, have had to replace a transformer which was not working properly but apart from that it's been great, which is why I'm happy to fit them on work projects. Item as described, packaged really well and delivered on time. My only negative would be that the mirror doesn't have a small rebate in the back of the mirror for the cable, it's a small negative but means that you have to make sure that your cable is in exactly the correct position if trying to centralise your mirror over a basin.”
“Good company to deal with, prompt delivery, I'm happy to deal with them again. One thing they maybe need to do a little better is packaging the product, there isn't enough protection inside the boxes. A small detail which would help them with returns damaged. I'm happy to use then again tho”

“Bought a bathroom led cabinet which arrive within a few days we have opened the box to make sure it wasn’t damaged it was well packed and arrived perfect. So happy with my purchase although it’s not being put up until end of January as our bathroom isn’t getting done till then. So haven’t seen it on yet. Good service though”
“This is a lovely cabinet, haven't had a chance to see how effective the demister pad is, but the lighting is very good. My only issue is that this has 3 shelves but only 8 shelf supports (4 per shelf required)”
“The mirror is lovely, has great soft illumination. Installation was simple - however, it was a bit difficult because (a) a screw in the attached electrical connector wasnt functioning properly (i eventually got it to work !) (b) the screws used to attach the mirror unit to the mirror frame simply are not long enough. Its a job that requires 2 pairs of hands ! Once done though, the mirror really is lovely !!”

“This is an excellent, high quality mirror. My only comment would be it could have 2 shaver sockets (as my old one had) as bith shavers and toothbrushes could need charging. My review should be 4.5 stars, but I don't have that option. Bottom line is that I highly recommend this mirror!”
“Update: called Pebblegrey and call was answered on first ring. Problem was immediately resolved and customer service was excellent. Cabinet mirror arrived promptly, really nicely and safely packaged and looks really good in the bathroom. Keep getting asked to review, its been over a week since I ordered (delivery on site stating 2 to 3 days), and not a peep about dispatch, tracking number, or any further useful information about progress of order etc but 3 emails requesting reviews.”
