“Great looking mirror, well packed and excellent delivery. The fixing instructions are rubbish as they tell you to firmly fix the backbox to the wall then feed the wire through from the back, clever trick if you can achieve it, unless you have a hole right through the mounting wall. The mirror only stands proud of the wall by approx 3mm, insufficient for a 3 core cable. I had to use spacers to allow for the cable. A bit difficult to secure the mirror glass if the mirror is installed in a recess as the screws are in the sides and difficult to get to. It would have been nice if the mirror glass could be hooked onto the backbox at the top with just 2 securing screws at the bottom. With all this taken into account the mirror is great value and looks good.”
“First product was faulty poor manufacturing so created wasted time and effort to install and deinstall so additional cost. The resolution process to replace worked very well no complaints there and second item was fine”
“The mirror looks really good and I'm happy with it. It's super bright and looks great in the bathroom. The issue I had was that it arrived broken twice, customer service was great, very responsive and after the second time they arranged a different carrier to deliver. Eventually I got the mirror and it was still before the latest delivery estimate given but they should maybe reconsider their packaging/delivery company!”
“Excellent product, great quality, looks great, delivered on time and a good price. Would have had 5 stars were it not for inadequate instructions. As an experienced electrician, I had no problems myself, but for the average diy enthusiast the instructions would not have been clear as to connection, and also missing some details about exactly how to tighten cabinet to wall mounts (the top internal cover had to be removed first). Instructions looked like they were translated (badly) from a foreign language.”
“Quick postage. Unfortunately, the electrician said the fan I ordered was not suitable for my bathroom so I had to return it. The refund process was swift and I was notified at each stage. The fan itself was a nice design, colour and a great price.”

“A great mirror, lights up lovely. Only criticism would be there are a few small bits of debris under the glass on the edge where you cannot get to. Not visible when the light is on but can be seen in daylight.”

However, when a previous delivery was allegedly attempted, customer service was non-existent with only automated responses. Frustrating and ineffective.”
“The mirror was sent by Parcel Force and twice it was not delivered on the date stated. The first time there was no delivery at all and the second time the mirror arrived the day after stated delivery. The company apologised and one of the directors rang me personally.”
