“The product is good. When I first installed all features worked but when reinstalled it was continuously switched on… had to just setup as on off only method to get it to work. Sadly not using extra functionality like humidity sensor.”

“Ordered a mirror from them, I did have to chase them up asking where it was as communication just stopped! However I got a reply the next day saying the mirror was out of stock, but is now back in stock and will be sent out that day. I received the mirror the next day! Well packaged, small dent to the control panel behind mirror, but hoping that won't cause problems operating it. I haven't installed it yet, but fingers crossed it will work!”
