“I ordered pen refills and then wanted to add to my order. My original order was being dispatched so I was asked to reorder, pay and then they would refund the original order. My experience with some retailers agreeing to this has resulted in long delays, requiring chasing up, before my money has been refunded. The Pen shop were brilliant, the refund was dome instantly, my new order accepted and delivered literally the next day. Great personal service.”
