“Watching my Darling Samson's health deteriate after 18 beautiful years was difficult and I knew what time I had left with him was short and so precious. Thank all your staff for their kind and heartfelt condolences. Knowing he was coming back to me helped to stop my fretting from loosing him. He's placed with love and pride next to my bed on top of my bedside draws. He's still the first to be greeted in the morning and last kiss at night. I say hi, I miss you everytime I walk in my room.”

“Everyone we dealt with was so kind and compassionate, we're so grateful they took care of our boy and returned his ashes with his paw print and a lock of fur that I specifically requested from his neck. It meant the world to us and they helped us to make decisions and get through a very difficult process, thank you!”
