“Initial communique was very good,..sympathetic,compassionate & understanding of the grieving pet owners emotional state…..upon delivery of the ashes was much akin to taking receipt of a delivery from Australia post….I don’t know,..it was weird…..I guess @ the final hurdle of the process ,..maybe I was needing/wanting a reassurance that my dearly departed beautiful girl was home safely with me forever ever…perhaps not a “male”job….females are probably a bit more inclined to,..simply by nature,..be a bit more emphatic @ this very emotional & sensitive period in the clients grieving process….otherwise it’s a lovely service you provide to pet owners of S.E Qld…..thank u…🙏🐶🙏”

“This was my second experience with Pets in Peace. I found the staff to be very caring and professional and was very happy with quality of the Indian timber box and plaque engraving. The paw print and fur were nicely done and make a lovely momento. Thankyou for caring and making this part of the process so easy for me. I'm happy to have little Bear home with me again. 🌹”

“Pets in peace staff were so kind and comforting during one of the worst moments in my life. Being able to say goodbye and hold Tyson one more time is something I will never forget. The follow up afterwards and personally delivering Tysons things to my home made me feel like they understood he was a member of my family and not just an object to post in the mail. Thank for everything you did for Tyson and I during that time.”

“At time of great sadness, Pets in Peace were very sympathetic and so helpful in arranging everything for us. Returning Customer again for our Beloved Rottweiler Rommel. Loving care to our deceased Dogs , Octavia ( Rottweiler) and Snoopy ( Beagle). Thank you for your loving care and return of our Dogs.”

“I was disappointed that I was the one making all the phone calls to Pets in Peace, rather than the other way around. I did receive a phone call to confirm that my cat had been sent to them, and then received an email and had to complete a form, which I did. But I was not appraised of how things were progressing or when her ashes would be sent to us. It took me to call them to find out what was happening. In the end I called them and asked if I could go the office where her ashes were and arranged to pick then up on the Saturday. Luckily I checked, again me ringing them, to be told the office I was going to was not open on Saturday. I eventually received her ashes 10 days after her passing. Did not expect to have to wait that long. We have said goodbye to other pets of ours in the past and the turnaround time was a lot quicker.”
