“They called to let me know they had our pet in their care, went through all the details of cremation with me, anything I wasn't sure about they explained in detail. Delivered our pet to us at the agreed time.”

“What was and still is a difficult time in our lives, the process of having the love of our life taken care of after death and returned to us helped so much. We were 100% satisfied with the help and support, would not change a thing. Thank you so much.”

“Of course, a tremendously difficult time for us. Handled in a caring way and made as "easy as possible". I must point out, however, that "marketing" the company with a shopping bag (do you really expect me to use this EVER?) with the name is, in my opinion, tasteless and was VERY upsetting to me as I received my dog's ashes. My background is heading marketing at Warner Bros in the US and I know the value of it; however, this item is NOT the item that should represent spreading your name when the recipient is in a most vulnerable emotional position. I would suggest finding a more appropriate way to "get your name out". I started sobbing and directed my housemate to take it to the bin immediately as I did not want to reminded of what I had just gone through. Looking through this questionnaire - do you REALLY want to know if "the item was damaged"? POOR question for what we are talking about.”

“Having to say goodbye to our dog of 10 years Murphy, was a very difficult thing to have to do. Murphy had been a huge part of our family for such a long time and we couldn't just walk away and leave him after we had to put him to sleep. Pets in Peace picked him (and his favourite toy) up from the Vets and then returned Murphy's ashes to our family. The service and support from Martin was great. He was really professional and easy to deal with.”

“Our third experience of farewelling a family pet using Pets in Peace. We were able to instruct the emergency vet to use Pets in Peace, and we were contacted the following day and had the ability to choose a memorial. Our pet was returned home by a Pets in Peace staffer, at the agreed time.”

“In September, our much loved Spoodle Ziggy, left us unexpectedly. It was a difficult time and we really appreciated the kind and compassion manner in which Pets in Peace dealt with our loss. The information that was sent through reassured us and helped us as we went through the grieving process. We now have Ziggy's ashes with us.”

“After I lost my 17 year old best friend Hunniee, Pets in Peace made the whole process simple, efficient and most importantly all done with a sense of love and care. I received Hunniee back within a few days, in a beautiful box with all the special little keep sakes we all love. Thankyou for making this hard time a little easier. Tess x”

“The team at Pets in Peace helped me through one of the hardest times when I lost my little friend of 18yrs. I chose to have a viewing of my little dog, Snoopy, before his cremation and the team did such a beautiful job of presenting him and it gave me the chance to say a proper goodbye. Nothing can prepare you for the pain of losing a furbaby, but Pets in Peace truly made the grieving process as easy as it could be. I will always be grateful to the team and Pets in Peace for the dignity, respect and compassion they showed both myself and my little Snoopy.”
