“Very kind and caring my girl was home within a week I was given a lovely certificate and a paw print and also a lock of her hair as well as her ashes thank you kindly for your kindness I'm my difficult time I would highly recommend pets in peace”

“The whole process was professional. For me, the lady's voice on the initial phone call brought me to tears; I found it overly sympathetic. I am sure others might not find it that way and it may even comfort them. The young lady who took care of us when we arrived was really good. She explained everything to us; she could see when we needed time alone to decide things in private and gave us that time. The guy who met us when we collected the ashes was also really nice, he was empathetic and professional.”

“Happy with how everything turned out. Unhappy with what seemed to be a lack of communication within the company. Being told the urn I picked was unavailable, so I had another look and called back with a new option to be told that my original option was actually available. When organising to recieve my pet back i was told a date for delivery and it was 2 weeks away, I asked if I could get him sooner if I collected him, not sure what exactly said but I left the call believing I could pick him up anytime after that coming Tuesday. I rearrange my work schedule one morning to go and get him only to be told he wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until the date that the delivery would have happened if I went with that option, it all a bit distressing at the time. You had my pet for 3 and a half weeks. When I did eventually get to pick up the man who I spoke to was absolutely lovely.”

“My experience during this time was handled with compassion and respect. Thank you all for being so kind and understanding. My only regret is I didn't get the small urn as you were waiting for them to arrive. It just looks so big compared to our other dog and I know they were the same size. I fully understand with covid that this was probably out of your control. However I thank you very much for the special service you provide for our much loved pets and their owners.”

“As anybody who has lost a loved one knows, this is such a difficult time for anything let alone wrapping your head/emotions around trying to organise their burial/cremation. Pets In Peace were so patient and calming and must cop peoples tears day-in day-out and still handle themselves so soothingly and respectfully. Thank you for doing what you do.”
