“Our third experience of farewelling a family pet using Pets in Peace. We were able to instruct the emergency vet to use Pets in Peace, and we were contacted the following day and had the ability to choose a memorial. Our pet was returned home by a Pets in Peace staffer, at the agreed time.”

“In September, our much loved Spoodle Ziggy, left us unexpectedly. It was a difficult time and we really appreciated the kind and compassion manner in which Pets in Peace dealt with our loss. The information that was sent through reassured us and helped us as we went through the grieving process. We now have Ziggy's ashes with us.”

“After I lost my 17 year old best friend Hunniee, Pets in Peace made the whole process simple, efficient and most importantly all done with a sense of love and care. I received Hunniee back within a few days, in a beautiful box with all the special little keep sakes we all love. Thankyou for making this hard time a little easier. Tess x”

“The staff were lovely although i believe communication could be improved. There were a few hiccups with the cremation certificate, delivery and we could of had a smaller stone as there were still ashes remaining anyways, for such a small doggy I don't understand why the larger stone was suggested?”

“The team at Pets in Peace helped me through one of the hardest times when I lost my little friend of 18yrs. I chose to have a viewing of my little dog, Snoopy, before his cremation and the team did such a beautiful job of presenting him and it gave me the chance to say a proper goodbye. Nothing can prepare you for the pain of losing a furbaby, but Pets in Peace truly made the grieving process as easy as it could be. I will always be grateful to the team and Pets in Peace for the dignity, respect and compassion they showed both myself and my little Snoopy.”

“As someone who has not had to do this before, I absolutely loved the service I received from Pets In Peace. From the compassion and understanding through the whole process, not being pushy and never hesitated to repeat anything not retained the first time around. Gave me heaps of time to make the right decisions. And the end result was amazing. I feel that my beloved very best friend of 15 years was in very good hands! Thank you so much!”

“Great overall service received. Worth noting that if you wish to upgrade your memorial box/urn the price listed on the brochure is the additional cost to the minimum cost. We got the personalised memorial box and couldn’t be happier.”

“I wish the service was a little more personal. Each time i phoned i spoke to a different person. One set person would have been nice. Also took too long for my dog to get back to me. Mistakes were made and i made paid extra to have 2 paw prints placed in the cabinet but only one was taken and by the time you phoned and told me it was too late to have both paw prints as you had already cremated him which was very disappointing. Unfortunately I probably would not recommend you. The cabinet however is beautiful and i do like it. Thankyou”
