“When I ordered recently from petworld recently an item was out of stock and they immediately rang me and when I didn’t respond they rang again the next day to ensure that I got my order and that I had a choice of what to swap the out of stock item with. No mention of price or anything they were just very apologetic and eager to get my order to me with a swap out I was happy with. The care, professionalism and attention to detail and kindness was so appreciated. This one interaction will now mean I will be recommending petworld to my friends and family and continue to shop with them myself”

“Eva took the time to text us informing that one item was not in stock offered apologies for the delay and promised immediate delivery of the rest of the items. She texted us again at the end of the week again offering apologies for late delivery and offering an alternative feeder. This was delivered today. What great service! Well done. 10 out of 10.@”
