“I recently hired Pinnacle for a help to buy valuation, and overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work. The team was professional, efficient, and demonstrated excellent service. However, I did encounter an issue with their automated text updates, which failed to provide the necessary notifications. This required me to follow up manually to get updates on the project's status. Despite this minor inconvenience, the end result was as hoped for, and I would recommend Pinnacle for their satisfactory service.”

“Appointed at short notice following illness of a surveyor at originally appointed supplier. Passed on my last-minute email requests to the surveyor so they could investigate on the day of the survey and these were answered by email not long after the survey. Survey report was returned by email within a few days of the survey along with a courtesey call from the surveyor, explaining when they would be available to discuss any queries about the content. Report was well written and helped to describe any potential issues and the likely impact of them. Had a thorough and helpful discussion with the surveyor a week later to clarify a few points and suggest solutions. The surveyor was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Thank you.”

“Survey was arranged very quickly and we had no trouble with communication. When the survey was done we didn’t get a report back for 1 week, this didn’t make much of a difference to our house purchase but we did had to ring twice to get our survey back.”

“Good swift service very happy with the report. After receiving the report the surveyor did keep calling me while I was at work and leaving messages but didn’t leave a number to call them back. There were no issues to discuss.”
