“Essentially, two things: 1) They have a system where you arrange a mutually convenient date for the survey. They are unable to give you a window of time until 5pm the day before the survey date (which pretty much means that you need to take the whole day off in annual leave) 2) In my case, I contacted them at 5pm the day before to be told that their surveyor had called in sick. This was especially inconvenient to me as I had specially taken the day off and was travelling overseas later on in the week. The system needs improvement and should be fairer to customers. To date, haven’t received an offer of an alternative time that works mutually.”

“Absolutely unprofessional attitude! Please avoid this company at all cost! I was disappointed with the property inspection arranged via this company. The surveyor did not engage in any meaningful communication about the property’s details or condition, and I had concerns about the thoroughness of the assessment. For something as critical as a mortgage valuation, I expected more diligence and clarity. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the survey and its impact on my mortgage application. I believe it is essential for your company to ensure surveyors are fit for duty and able to conduct thorough, accurate assessments. I hope they improve their process for future clients. Waste of time. Survey carried out by Tony Carey”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately our client in this instance is the proposed lender. If you wish to challenge any aspect of the valuation then I would recommend you contact your broker or the proposed mortgage lender. Pinnacle Surveyors
