“We have had course to use two Surveyors recently. Pinnacle were cheaper and by far the best. I got a call before and after the survey. The report was also far more thorough than the other, with greater detail. It was obvious more time and care had gone into the survey and the report. Highly recommend them.”

“Pinnacle provided an excellent service at a very agreeable price. As a first-time buyer I was pretty unsure about what type of survey I'd need and wasn't too sure about the process. The chap I spoke to in the support team was great - really honest and helped me understand what to expect. The surveyor (Simon) was also excellent. Gave me a call a few days after sending over the report and talked through everything with me, expanding on his recommendations. Again, really nice guy and hugely helpful in putting my mind at ease. Really do recommend them.”

“I received an excellent, thorough Level 2 survey from Edward of Pinnacle Surveyors. The report was easy to understand and provided helpful recommendations for documents needed from our solicitor. The report highlighted an urgent issues which has saved me a lot of money, and Edward was on hand to reply to further queries when we needed them. I would happily use Edward’s services again. Highly recommended!”

“The report was informative but in a format that was easy to understand. What we appreciated most was the surveyor’s follow up call a week later to check that her report had been clearly understood by us and to address any points needing clarification. “I recently hired Pinnacle for a help to buy valuation, and overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work. The team was professional, efficient, and demonstrated excellent service. However, I did encounter an issue with their automated text updates, which failed to provide the necessary notifications. This required me to follow up manually to get updates on the project's status. Despite this minor inconvenience, the end result was as hoped for, and I would recommend Pinnacle for their satisfactory service.”
